Add Drivers
As a dispatcher, fleet manager, or authorized administrative user for a carrier, you can add drivers one at a time or import multiple drivers in Transflo Velocity Plus Command Center. Transflo Mobile+ registration e-mail automatically greets each new driver that you add. If the driver does not receive the e-mail, you can resend it.
Tip: Drivers must download the Mobile+ app and register before they can start receiving load offers with delivery locations, rates, and other details.

In the main menu, click DRIVER CONNECT.

On the DRIVER CONNECT page, click Add or Import Drivers.

In the resulting drop-down menu, select Add Driver.

In the Add Driver window:

Enter the First Name, Last Name, Email, and Phone Number for the driver. (Enter a mobile phone number for mobile chat messaging, voice calls, and load breadcrumb location tracking updates.)
Tip: The email and phone entries are red until you enter a valid format. For example, email addresses always contain a string of characters, an at sign (@), a domain, and a suffix such as .com, .net, or .gov. Phone numbers must include all 10 digits.

Click Add.

Driver added successfully appears. Your new driver appears in the list of all drivers. The Add Driver window remains open ready for you to add another driver.

To continue adding more drivers, repeat these steps. Complete the fields for the next driver and click Add.

When finished, click Close.

Your new drivers appear in the list of drivers filtered by Visible Drivers or All Drivers.

(Optional) To verify your new driver was added correctly, you can search for the driver by name. For best results, click Refresh or Reload Page in your web browser to refresh the page.

In the future, to edit or update driver information such as phone or email, search for the driver and click on the driver entry in the list to open and edit their information.

Instead of adding drivers one at a time, you can add them all from a pre-formatted list of drivers. Before you can import multiple drivers, skip to step 4 to set up your driver import CSV file.

In the top menu bar, click DRIVER CONNECT.

On the DRIVER CONNECT page, click Add or Import Drivers .

In the resulting drop-down menu, select Import Drivers.

On the Import Drivers page, to import a list of your new drivers, click Browse.
To format the required comma-separated values (CSV) file, click Download Sample CSV file. You can open the sample file in a spreadsheet application such as OpenOffice Calc or Microsoft Excel. Many HR or people management databases also export to CSV format. Save this temporary import file with an appropriate file name. For example, you might import new drivers once a quarter so your driver import file might be named 2025-Q2-new-drivers.csv.

After you set up your driver import file and click Browse, select your import.csv file and click Open.
The steps are similar for Windows PC or MacOS computers.

Review the list of imported drivers. Verify the total appears as you expected. For example, (99) Ready to add.

The Success message appears. Click Close.

Allow time for the system to invite all your new drivers to register to receive load information on their Transflo Mobile+ app.

The system sends you an email confirmation message after all new drivers have been invited to self-register and start receiving load offers.

Periodically follow up on the status of new driver registrations. Drivers must download the Mobile+ app and register to accept load offers.
Driver Status:
Description:
GREEN
This driver has been active in the last two weeks.
ORANGE
This driver has not been active in the last two weeks.
RED
The system sent a mobile app invitation e-mail message when the driver was added; however, the driver did not register.

Mouse over the driver status icon.

If necessary, click resend invitation to send the invitation to the driver again until the driver registers.
