Resend a Mobile App Invitation to a Driver
Transflo Mobile+ registration e-mail and text messages automatically greet each new driver that you add.

If a driver did not receive their personal invitation to register, you can invite that driver again.

You can resend the invitation by e-mail or text message when viewing drivers or when assigning loads.

In the main menu, click HOME (and click one of the pre-defined load metrics on the right) or click FIND LOADS.
Result: Both methods open the FIND LOADS page.

In the list of loads, click +Assign or
Edit Assigned Driver.

If the mobile registration for a driver is not complete, the following message appears: Registration is not complete.

Click Re-Send Driver Invitation.

The details are sent to the driver by e-mail.

The Registration is not complete message goes away and Email Sent appears.

Tip: When the page refreshes, or you leave this page and come back, the Registration is not complete | Re-Send Driver Invitation message reappears until the driver registers.

After you resend the invitation, the driver receives an e-mail message similar to the one below showing them how to download, install, and register the mobile app on their mobile device.

If the mobile app is already installed, the driver only needs to click or tap Register Today to register.
