Track the Progress of a Load
As a carrier, you can track the current progress of a load and its assigned driver from the moment a driver starts out en route to the shipper pick-up location until they depart from the consignee drop-off location. Whenever a load is IN TRANSIT, you can track its progress.

In the top menu bar, click FIND LOADS and choose My Loads.

On the My Loads page, set the Status filter field to InTransit and click Apply.

Click an InTransit load to open it.

On the Load Details page, you can click through stops, scroll down through load status events in the Workflow list, and see the load tracked in real time as the blue line on the map.
