Mobile+ App for Drivers: Install and Register
(Required) You must register before you can begin using the Transflo Mobile+ app. Each driver is invited by their fleet administrator or manager and receives a text message and e-mail message.
Tip: Ask your fleet administrator or manager for the unique recipient ID (fleet ID) which they can find on the original Welcome to Transflo email they received when they signed up.
-
In your e-mail inbox or text messaging app, open the email from tfxhelp@transflo.ws or the text message. The automated system shows the sender as Transflo (tfxhelp) but all driver invitations are coordinated by your fleet administrator in Transflo Command Center.
In some email apps, you might have to tap Show Images or Load More to view all of the content in the e-mail message.
- Download and install the free Transflo Mobile+ app but do not open it yet.
Note: Do not open TRANSFLO® Mobile+ immediately after installing the application. Follow the steps below.
-
After you install the app, go back to the e-mail invitation from TRANSFLO®. Near the bottom, tap Register with Your Carrier.
-
On the next screen, tap Open.
-
Review and agree to the License Agreement or Terms of Use by tapping Agree.
-
On the next window, fill in your details. The Recipient ID might automatically show TCC (Transflo Command Center) which is the platform used by your carrier. Tap Next.
Tip: Ask your fleet administrator or manager for the unique recipient ID (fleet ID) which they can find on the original Welcome to Transflo email they received when they signed up.
-
Review the company information and then tap Submit Registration.
-
A Confirmation email is sent to your email address.
-
To start using Transflo Mobile+, tap Proceed.

Reminder: Depending on possible product configuration changes for your specific fleet, it is possible that user interface labels, buttons, links, dials, tiles, icons, colors, logos, and placement on the screen can change. Features can also be hidden from your view based on permissions. In the documentation, we cover a default setup with screen examples that are generally similar for smart phones and tablets running either iOS or Android OS. Adjust certain steps, if needed, to reflect your actual device and product configuration. |
