Create a Customer User
As an administrator for a carrier, broker, or shipper, you can invite other customer users to be recipients so that they can view load documents. You can also create other users to help manage drivers, loads, invoicing, or other tasks.
To create a Command Center customer user (recipient), follow these steps:

Launch the TRANSFLO® Express® Confirmation Viewer application for Windows or navigate to the following online portal:

In the main menu, click Log In.

In the Secure Log In dialog box, enter the credentials supplied by your Transflo administrator to log in to TRANSFLO® Express® Confirmation Viewer. Transflo One Portal users can log in with their same username and password.

In the Security menu on the main page, select Add Customer User.

In the Create Customer User window:

Enter the First Name and Last Name.

Select Customer from the drop-down list for the user.

Click Next.

In the Sign Up for Your New Account window:

Enter a User Name, Password, and Email for the new user.

Click Create User.

7. The <User Name> is Created confirmation appears indicating that the new user has been successfully created.
