Document List Tab
The Document List tab provides a means to view the search results data in a table format.
To view a Document in a separate browser tab/window, click the View button in the corresponding row.
Note: The ezView application will only support one query at a time. Each query will open a new tab, but only the last query will be saved in memory.
This means if you have open windows from a previous query and you perform a new query, the open windows will each display an error message and a button to close the window.
Navigation Bar
By default, the Document List shows ten rows on a page. The navigation bar allows you to view different pages of results or all of the results (not recommended for best performance).
Click the button to view the previous page, the button to view the next page, or the All button to view all of the results on one page.
Click a page number link to navigate to a specific page of results.
Click the drop-down arrow next to Page rows, to change the number of rows displayed.
Sort the Document List
You can sort the Document List by the values in a column. To sort the list in ascending order, click the column header once. The column header has an up arrow indicating the list is sorted ascending, by the values in the column.
To sort the list in descending order by the column, click the column header a second time. A down arrow appears in the column header, indicating the list is sorted descending by the values in the column.
Re-order Columns
To change the order of the columns, drag the column headers to the desired position. The white arrow icons will indicate where the column will be placed. The columns will remain in the same order, after the user closes ezView.
If your administrator has configured individual fields as editable, you can edit and save field values.
To edit field values:

Perform a search.
-
