View Signature Status for a Shipment
As a shipper, you can add documents to your loads, upload only documents, receive signed eBOL and ePOD docs from drivers, and send documents to others. Drivers can search for your shipper loads when they arrive at the pickup location.
-
When a shipment is located, the driver completes the eDocument View and Sign process (no messy paper or ink are necessary and nothing needs to be copied or scanned).
-
The driver can easily sign the eBOL and be on their way without any paperwork or contact.
-
As a shipper, you have complete visibility on-screen of all signed eBOL/ePOD documents in the Transflo Shipper Portal.
-
The shipper can also view each iteration of the documents. For example, the latest document might contain all the signatures you need before sending it to a key recipient.
Example: You can view each iteration of these submitted documents back in your Unite Shipper Portal powered by Velocity Plus Command Center so you can see the history and know who signed and when.

You can view signature status for the documents associated with a load in Command Center. You can also share a document with others and give them a link to view a document even if they are not licensed to use Command Center:
-
Find a load and click on it to open it and view the details. Click the Documents tab.
-
Select a document.
-
At top right, in the document toolbar, click
Share Document.
-
Complete the short invitation form:
-
Email Address: Enter the email address of the recipient.
-
Personalize Message: Enter a short greeting or important details.
-
-
When ready, click Email Document.
-
The system displays a message to confirm your document has been sent.
-
The recipient receives the document as an attachment.
-
As the shipper, you can view each iteration of the documents for a load. For example, you might see the original unsigned document, then a document with one signature, then two (shipper and driver), and by the next day, you might see a new version of the same document with three signatures (shipper, driver, and consignee).
-
When the status of your document changes, repeat the steps above to share the document with the appropriate recipients.
-
Typically, a driver enters their name and notes in the mobile app before tapping a document thumbnail to review and sign. After the driver signs and activates the eBOL, you can view the status of the in-transit load:
-
Click the Refresh button in your web browser and then click the
History button below a document to view the most recent updated documents and any past versions of the same document.
Example: In the example below, a new second version of the document appears above an older version. The newer version contains more signatures as the load progresses from available to accepted to in-transit to delivered.
Tip: The same eBOL document can be signed by the shipper, driver, and consignee to serve as the ePOD.
-
When the latest document with all the needed signatures (shipper, driver, consignee) appears, repeat this process from step 1 to share the document with the appropriate recipients.

As a shipper, you can skip the formal load features in Command Center and set up delivery documents and locations. Your drivers can make deliveries and get signatures that you track by document or by shipment. This option reduces a lot of extra steps associated with managing loads.
-
As a shipper in the portal, in the top menu bar, click eBOL/ePOD and then choose View eBOL/ePOD.
-
Find the shipment and click on its Shipment ID to open the row.
-
On the View Documents page, click the Refresh button in your web browser and then click the
History button below a document to view the most recent updated documents and any past versions of the same document.
Example: In the example below, a new second version of the document appears above an older version. The newer version contains more signatures as the load moves from available to accepted to in-transit to delivered.
Tip 1: The same eBOL document can be signed by the shipper, driver, and consignee to serve as the ePOD.
Tip 2: By default, when you click
Refresh History, the portal updates all documents on the View Documents page and always shows the most current document.
- The ePOD for stop 1 of 2 shows that it was signed by the consignee just a moment ago.
-
The driver repeats the same steps when they arrive at stop 2 of 2 to get signatures on an ePOD for that stop.
-
The process is complete when the driver has completed all stops in the multi-stop shipment and all required signatures are saved.
