Mobile+ App for Drivers: Scan Load Documents

As a driver, after you deliver a load, you can scan one or more documents such as a bill of lading (BOL) or proof-of-delivery (POD) form.

  1. On the Dashboard or Home page on the Transflo Mobile+ app on a smartphone, tap Main Menu. On a tablet, the Dashboard, Home page, and main menu are the same.

  2. On the Main Menu, tap the Scan Documents menu item, dial, button, or tile. Each fleet can have its own configuration of options in the mobile app.

  3. In the Loads list, tap Completed to filter only completed loads.

  4. The most recent loads are listed on top. Tap a completed load.

  5. On the Load Details screen, tap Scan and then tap Scan Documents.

  6. At the bottom of the screen, tap Use Camera.

  7. Hold your smart phone or tablet over your document. When the document is straight and fits on the screen, tap Snap.

  8. On the Cropping screen, drag the blue circles at each corner up, down, left, or right until the border lines fit snug around the document. Try to remove any dead dark space around the document. Tap Next.

  9. On the Scan Adjustments screen, use two fingers to zoom out of the document and make one or more of the following adjustments:

    • Rotate the image.

    • Change the brightness of the image.

    • (Optional) Discard or delete the image and start over.

  10. Tap FORMAT .

  11. Select the document type to classify the image. Your fleet might show different types of documents.

  12. When you are done editing or classifying the document, tap Accept.

  13. To add more documents, tap the green Use Camera button again and repeat the steps. When done, tap Next.

  14. On the Send Confirmation screen:

    1. To add more pages to one of your documents, tap Add Pages and use your camera again to add one or more pages.

    2. (Optional) To delete all the pending unsent new images you just created and start over, tap Discard All.

    3. Finally, when you are ready to send the document photos you just captured, tap Send All.

  15. A Confirmation Number appears to confirm your documents were sent to your fleet manager, carrier, administrator, and possibly other authorized recipients. When done, tap Close.

    • A copy of the confirmation number is also available by text message, email, or online at transfloexpress.com.

    • Typically, carriers, shippers, and brokers process the necessary load paperwork and invoices and you are paid for delivering the load.
