Resolve Synergize Bulk Print Service Error: Failed to Email, the Method or Operation is Not Implemented

Use this article to resolve an error where users cannot email documents or invoices through the Synergize Bulk Print Service.

  1. On the server where Synergize Bulk Print is running, navigate to the following directory:

    C:\Program Files (x86)\Microdea\Synergize Bulk Print

  2. Locate the following files. This issue is most likely caused by incompatible versions:

    Microdea.Imaging.dll

    Microdea.Imaging.Pdf.dll

    PdfLibrary.dll

  3. Update all three files to version 2.0.2.36.
