Administer User Access to a Process Workflow Queue

Use this article to grant users workflow processing access.

 

1. Open the workflow webpage on your server:

   http://<my_server_name>/synergize/workflow.html

    

2. Log in with primaryuser credentials

   

3. Click File, Open Scenario.

   

4. Select latest scenario version and click Open.

   

5. Right-click the workflow queue and select Properties.

6. On the Users tab, click Add.

   

7. Select a user and click OK.

   

8. Repeat these steps on the workflow queues that you want users to access.

9. In the File menu, choose Save and Activate.

   

10. For your changes to take effect, click Exit to log out of Synergize Web Explorer.
