Recycle the Synergize Application Pool to Refresh the Repository Cache
Use this article to refresh the repository cache before and after adding new users to Synergize or to the AD groups used by Synergize.

Launch Synergize Administrative Tools.

Open the Internet Information Services (IIS) manager console.

On the left, click Application Pools.

In the Application Pools list, select SynergizeAppPool.

In the Actions pane on the right, click the Recycle button.
