Resolve EMC Error Getting Deployment Info, Creating DeploymentMgmt object, Cannot create ActiveX component

Use this article to resolve a series of similar Synergize Enterprise Management Console (EMC) errors getting deployment info, creating deploymentmgmt object, buildTenantsNode, WebService.GetSettings, GetLicenses, and cannot create ActiveX component. Client Synergize applications cannot connect to the server and all server applications show ActiveX errors. The error relates to the buildup of MSMQ messages. Because they are not processed for a while, they block system logging from being processed to the application log table.

After the application loads, you might see a new Error Getting Licenses or GetLicenses error.

  1. Open Computer Management under Services and Applications, then Message Queuing and then Private Queues.
