Resolve Synergize Indexing Issue: Append to an Existing File or Create a New File? User Cannot Save

Use this article to resolve an issue that might occur when the scenario CFS file is not in the same location as the Synergize Indexing executable. The user cannot save locally. When the user attempts to save to a local volume, the following message appears:

Do you wish to append to an existing file or create a new file?

  1. Copy the scenario.cfs file.

  2. Paste it into the following folder:

    C:\Program Files (x86)\SynergizeClient\Synergize Indexing
