Synergize Viewer: Resolve Printer Setup Invalid Property Array Index

Use this article to resolve an error that might occur when printing documents in Synergize Viewer. Because a printer is not configured properly in the Synergize Viewer settings, users cannot print documents.

 

  1. Click Printer Setup in the Synergize Viewer print window. The Printer window opens.

  2. Select the appropriate printer from the list.

  3. If the printer is not in the list, add the printer in the Control Panel.

  4. Select the printer to view the printer information to confirm you configured the right printer.

  5. To save the new settings, click OK.
