Search for Documents in TMW Customer Service

As an administrator, auditor, or support agent, use this article to determine if documents have been checked-in on the TMW side of a Transflo Synergize TMW integration. You can search on the following criteria:

  • Freight Bill Number

  • Trace Number

  • Trip Number

  • Claim Number

  1. Launch the TMW Customer Service application.

  2. To search, click the Find button at top right, enter your search criteria, and click OK. The following example shows a search on Freight Bill Number.

  3. Documents associated with your freight bill number or other search criteria appear. In this example, the BOL and POD were checked in (Complete=True).
