Set Up Your Own Transflo Mobile+ Account

Transflo Mobile+ is a complete trucking solution rolled into one convenient mobile app that you can run on a smartphone or tablet mobile device powered by Android OS or Apple iOS. From document scanning to complete load management, this fully-configurable app supports carriers, brokers, shippers, and drivers with comprehensive load workflows. Truck drivers can capture and transmit images using state-of-the-art protocols that maintain quality while compressing size.

Start Using the Transflo Mobile+ App

  1. Download the TRANSFLO® Mobile+ app from the Google Play or App Store depending on your device.

  2. On the Welcome screen, tap the Email field, enter your email address, and then tap Enter.

  3. You are notified to check your email inbox for a temporary validation code.

  4. In your email inbox (Outlook, GMail, Yahoo Mail, or other service) copy the code from your email and paste it into the Enter Code field.

  5. Create your password. Your password must have at least 8 characters, one lower case letter, one upper case letter, one number, and one special character, such as a question mark. When finished, tap Submit.

  6. Enter your First Name, Last Name, and Phone Number into the fields.

  7. (Optional) To set your profile picture, tap Upload Image and choose a photo from your mobile device.

  8. Tap Submit.

  9. Enter the required DOT number and tap Submit.

  10. If the DOT number you entered is recognized by Transflo as valid for an associated carrier, the system can complete and activate your account. If not valid, the DOT Error message appears. Choose one of two options:

    • Retry: Tap this option to re-enter the DOT number. Maybe a number was skipped. After a retry, if the number is valid, you can go to the next step.

    • Create New: Tap this option to set up a new DOT number. Follow the prompts on your mobile device (not documented). If validation is successful, you see a Creation Successful message and can go to the next step.

  11. At the Is this a US-based DOT number? prompt, tap US or Non-US.

  12. At the Your account has been updated successfully prompt, tap OK.

  13. Swipe through the remaining screens. For instructions on swapping fleets, see Add or Swap Fleets.

  14. To exit these screens, tap X Close.

    Result: The TRANSFLO Mobile+ Dashboard appears.
