Transflo E-Signature Document Features
Users in a variety of roles might be asked to add their signature to one or more documents. You might be a shipper, a driver, a warehouse receiving dock clerk, or consignee authorized to receive goods. The following steps and features apply when signing previously uploaded documents in the Transflo platform. You can sign documents on any device including laptops, desktops, smart phones, tablets, traditional displays, or touchscreens.

Wait for an email or text message requesting your signature.

As a shipper, if your company policy requires you to sign documents in advance when they are uploaded, you can click Sign and Submit.

As a driver, if your company policy requires you to sign documents before, during, or after delivery, you can click View and Sign.

When you see a screen with a Name field and the Must be entered for signing reminder, enter your first and last name.

Tap or click one or more pages to sign.

Use any of the following features in any order:

To add your signature, tap or click Add Signature. You can write your signature with your mouse, finger, or a stylus.

To add notes that you want to appear on the digital page, tap or click Add Notes and then enter your text or numbers.

To erase your signature and any notes you just added, select Clear Signature.

To move your signature on the page, tap or click Select Signatures and then move your signature.

To go back and forth between pages in a multi-page document, click Previous Page or Next Page.

To rotate the page 90 degrees, click Rotate.

When finished, click Done.

In the following image, preauthorized notes were added above the shipper signature.

After signing and clicking Done, you might see a screen like this one where you can select one or more pages to sign or add notes, repeating the steps above.
- When finished, click Send or Submit.
