Install the Transflo Mobile+ app

As a driver, follow these steps to install, register, and configure your mobile app so you can make deliveries for one or more shippers:

  1. Go to the Apple App Store or Android Play Store.

  2. It the bottom list where it shows Games, Apps, or Books, tap Apps. Search for the Transflo app and tap Install.

  3. After it installs, tap Open. If you were distracted by a text message or phone call, you can tap the Transflo app on your device with all your other apps now to open it just like any other app. Tap Begin Registration.

  4. Complete the standard driver registration process:

    1. Review the License Agreement page and Terms of Service. Tap Agree.

    2. Enter the Recipient ID you were given by your employer or manager. The recipient ID is any authorized shipper, carrier, broker, partner, or stakeholder who expects to receive shipment documents or status information.

    3. Enter your e-mail address. If you have more than one mobile device and e-mail account, choose the one that you plan to use exclusively for your shipper activities.

    4. Enter your first name, last name, and phone number. If you have more than one mobile device and phone number, enter the one that you plan to use exclusively for your shipper activities.

    5. Tap Next.

    6. Enter your Driver ID. This can be any unique identifier for you as a driver. It can be an e-mail address or a unique ID assigned by a carrier, broker, shipper, or consignee to identify you as a driver.

    7. Tap Next.

    8. Tap Submit Registration.

  5. Enable location services (required to establish your proximity to the shipper pickup and dropoff locations):

    1. Tap OPEN LOCATION SERVICES.

    2. Tap the Use Location switch to turn this setting ON.

    3. At the Allow TRANSFLO to access device location? confirmation message, tap ALLOW ALL THE TIME. Without this setting, you won't be able to take advantage of the location services, GeoFence, and shipments the shipper expects you to see. Only those drivers who are connected by data plan or a wide area network for Wi-Fi can view the shipments and exchange documents in real-time.

    4. Tap ACKNOWLEDGED.
