Install or Upgrade Software On a Terminal Server

Use this article to perform Synergize software new installs or upgrades on a Windows terminal server.

In the Windows Start menu, type cmd to launch a command prompt and select Run as administrator.
To change the server to install mode, type the change user /install command.

C:\WINDOWS\system32>change user /install
Install Synergize software or perform Synergize upgrades as instructed.
Return server to Execute mode after completing the installation/upgrades by launching the command prompt as administrator and typing the change user /execute command.
