Resolve Synergize Bulk Print Error: Failed to Print, no encoders registered

Use this article to resolve one or more Synergize Bulk Print errors that might occur when a supporting document on the imaging system is saved as a different file type.

Synergize Bulk Print software supports only the TIFF or TIF file format. The format listed in the failed entry is not supported by Synergize Bulk Print.

Example: 

You save an image from Microsoft Outlook as a .msg file instead of as a .tif file.

To resolve this error, follow these steps:

  1. In Synergize Web Explorer, query the repository to locate the document with the unsupported format.

  2. Delete the supporting document with the format listed in the log entry.

  3. Re-run the problematic Crystal Report through that generated the error.
