Resolve Identity Server Error: Insufficient Disk Space, Contact System Administrator

Use this article to resolve an error where a change in the IIS identity user credentials prevents a user from saving documents in Synergize. Users might get the following error when adding documents:

 

  1. Create AD User for IIS Identity.

  2. Click Start, Administrative Tools, Internet Information Services(IIS) Manager.

  3. In the Connections pane, expand the server node and click Application Pools.

  4. Click SynergizeAppPool and click Advance settings.

  5. Click Browse.

  6. Type the User Name and Password you created earlier.

  7. Refresh AppPool (See http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc770764%28v=ws.10%29.aspx)

  8. Reset IIS using Command line. Type iisreset.
