Use this article to resolve an error that might occur when a user attempts to run Synergize Scan and Capture without the proper scanner ISIS drivers installed. Users might get the following error message:
There is no default Kofax source stored in the registry yet. The Fujitsu-xxxC without SVRS was not reserved. Reason 20393 - Unknown ISIS error

Stop any running synergize applications.

Verify if the scanner is using the correct ISIS driver or if the ISIS drive is installed.

Install the scanner ISIS driver.

Reboot if required
