Resolve Issue: Synergize Indexing Options are Grayed Out

Use this article to resolve issues where the indexing program documents and buttons are disabled (grayed out) and users cannot select the Scan New, Show Viewer, Scan Append, Clean Up, Open Batch, Start Indexing, or Save Batch buttons. These issues can occur when the indexing scenario was closed or is not loaded.

1. Locate the '.sif' Synergize Indexing Scenario file

2. Open the scenario by double clicking the scenario file.

Tip: As a best practice, save scenario files on a shared folder.
