Resolve Scanning Error: TwainScannerManager must be passed a valid TwainScanner

Use this article to select a twain source to resolve the following document scanner error you might get when scanning documents in Synergize Viewer:

Until you select a Page Scenario Twain Source, you cannot scan documents using Synergize Viewer.

1. Open Synergize Viewer

2. Edit the Page Scenarios that you are using by clicking the edit icon

3. Select the proper Twain Source from the drop-down menu and click OK.
