Resolve Server Error: An unhandled exception was trapped

Use this article to resolve an issue you might experience after adding annotations to a document in the Image Viewer application. Because of this error related to permissions or incorrect SQL parameters set on the database, you cannot add text to a document in Synergize Web Explorer.

Version: Synergize 12.3 sp6

When making database changes, perform a backup.
Check the “Default ACL” permissions on the repository node to make sure the user has enough privileges to modify documents.
In SQL, make sure the "Default Value or Binding" value is set to 0 on the repository VisualAnnContent system table.
