Resolve the User Layout Warning: Cannot open file Invalid file format in Synergize Client

Use this article to resolve an issue where users receive the User Layout: Cannot open file message below when launching Synergize Client. The user is unknowingly attempting to view a corrupt file in a Synergize Client application.

1. Navigate to the Synergize Client folder on the local machine.

2. Delete the UserLayout.tb file from both the Explorer and Viewer folder.
