Set the Timeout to Exit Setting to Recycle Licenses for the Synergize Quick Links Application

Use this article to configure the Timeout to exit field in the Synergize quicks links admin console. Use this timeout option on quick links to release unused or idle user licenses back to the license pool for consumption by another user.

Log in to the server where the Synergize Quick links admin is installed and navigate to C:\SynergizeQL (Default location unless it has been changed).
Run the application named "Synergize.Integration.Configuration" as administrator to start the configuration.
Choose the quick link scenario from the left side and click on show connection details from top right corner to see the default settings.
In the example below, we set the timeout to exit for the quick links window option to 180 minutes (3 hours). Click Save.
