Resolve Issue: User can access Synergize Web Explorer by IP address and not URL
Use this article to resolve issues where the DNS will not resolve an internal host name. In a web browser, the user cannot browse pages and cannot access Synergize Web Explorer by URL (typically bookmarked by users in their web browsers).
Note: Users can reach the server by IP address, and you can ping the device.

Add the following entry to the C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\etc\host file as shown in screenshot below:
