Reset My Password

If you forget your password or you think your password was compromised, follow these steps to reset your account with a new password.

  1. On your mobile device web browser app, type transflohos.com or click the following link to our secure HOS registration site (also known as the HOS web portal):

    https://hos.transflo.com

  2. On the HOS portal Login page, click Forgot Password.

  3. On the next screen, enter your e-mail address (the original e-mail address you used when you first registered your ELD) and click Next.

  4. Go to wherever you view your e-mail. Log in to your email account, open the email message from Transflo and click the Reset password link.

  5. On the Reset Password page, enter your new password and type it again to confirm.

    Tip: Passwords must meet the following minimum security requirements:

    • eight (8) characters
    • one (1) uppercase letter (ABC...)
    • one (1) number (123...)
    • one (1) special character such as $ ! @
  6. Click Save.
