Velocity Plus Command Center

The TRANSFLO® Velocity+ Command Center web application provides the ability to view, track, and edit loads for carriers, brokers, and shippers. You can adjust pick-up and drop-off locations for all deliveries, send or receive invoices, and carriers can even manage drivers, load offers, and assignments.

After loads are accepted by drivers, as a Transflo Velocity user at a carrier, you can monitor progress with GPS-powered load visibility and tracking with available TMS integration. Workflows amplified by real-time telematics data provide load breadcrumb tracking to greatly reduce or even eliminate the need for driver check-calls. Drivers benefit from fewer distractions, keeping them safer and more efficient on the road.

  • Administrators and Logistics Professionals: As an authorized Velocity Plus administrator, dispatcher, billing or finance associate, or office user for a carrier, broker, shipper, or fleet, watch the videos and follow the steps in this knowledge base to configure and use the software.

  • Drivers: As a driver with the Transflo Mobile+ app, you'll get notifications when new loads become available. You can also receive offers or direct assignments you can immediately accept or decline right on your smartphone or tablet! With a simple thumb swipe, you can also let your carrier fleet dispatcher, brokers, or shippers know which leg of the trip you are on and request eBOL and ePOD signatures.

Required Mobile+ App for Truck Drivers:

To access the Velocity+ platform, drivers must use the Transflo Mobile+ app for iOS or Android.

  • iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch iOS 11.0 or newer

  • Android 9.0 or newer

Windows Client Software Editions

TRANSFLO Velocity® Client for Microsoft Windows is an end-to-end business solution for carriers and brokers who want to improve cash flow, make data-driven decisions, eliminate paperwork, and establish stronger digital ties across their business. Velocity Client provides carriers with an alternative to the Transflo Mobile+ app that millions of drivers use with their smart phone or tablet.

As a carrier, you can use Velocity Client software to scan and send load documents and invoices to brokers for payment. (Get a list of brokers at https://www.transflo.com/broker-list/.)

For drivers, Transflo Now! software is also available. Transflo Now and Velocity Client are very similar Windows applications with distinctly different purposes.

  • Velocity Client is for carriers or owner-operators to send load documents and invoices to a broker or payment provider such as OTR Solutions for payment.

  • Transflo Now is for drivers to send load paperwork to their fleet, carrier, or owner-operator company.
