Transflo DMS is available in two (2) configurations:

  • Transflo DMS Monthly SaaS Subscription: Our most popular configuration, hosted, managed, and upgraded in the cloud with available client applications.

  • Transflo DMS Enterprise: An on-premises configuration that your organization installs, configures, and maintains with an annual license and maintenance agreement. Many customers continue to administer their own on-prem DMS installations inside their own data centers; however, for new customers we recommend the convenience of a hosted, managed SaaS solution such as DMS, Synergize, One Portal, or our next-generation Intelligent Automation solution. For customers who require an on-prem solution, Synergize is recommended.

A typical DMS configuration might include the following core functionality for a carrier:

It all starts with a load number, driver ID, optional vehicle ID, and an assigned document type, such as:

  • BOL: Bill of Lading

  • LUM: Lumper

  • FUEL: Fuel Receipt

  • TOLL: Toll Receipt

  • WGT: Weight Ticket

  • MSC: Miscellaneous

The system verifies the load and driver match, perform other automated tasks, and might return TMS data, such as:

  • Pickup Date and Location

  • Delivery Date and Location

  • Shipper

  • Consignee

One or more essential workflows process the data:

Invoices are rendered from TMS data and delivered to customers:
