Scheduler Event Calendar
The Scheduler feature provides a convenient way for fleets to schedule calendar events for drivers and for drivers to organize their own work and personal events. It is possible to plan or schedule loads as appointments in the calendar.

Fleets need a way to schedule calendar events for drivers and drivers need a way to schedule and organize their own work and personal events and mark some public and others private. For example, as a fleet administrator you might want to schedule recognized holidays, maintenance events, or other corporate policy deadlines. You want to distribute or push these same events so they appear the same in the calendar for all drivers. You also want to get or pull in all events from other users and drivers so that their schedules are better organized throughout the day, week, or month. You might want to know if drivers A and B are on vacation the same week so that you can schedule driver C for backup coverage.
The Scheduler feature, also known as the agenda or calendar, provides a way for fleets and drivers to accomplish the following goals:
-
Add, edit, and delete events.
-
Send notifications to drivers about the events.
-
Prompt drivers to complete actions outside of the standard load workflow (for example, sign-up for benefits or complete a driver survey by a certain due date)
-
Drivers can put their own personal events on the calendar and mark them public or private (for example, away at dentist or on vacation).

Events for each day are listed under the calendar for the selected day, week, or month.
A blue triangle appears to the left of events that are starting soon. When you see the blue triangle, think "You are here" like on a map.
After scrolling to the bottom of a list for a given day, the app shows dates only for the next ten (10) days. To view events beyond that 10-day range, select the next date and scroll down as needed.
The following diagram identifies the key user interface elements for events:

On the calendar, tap a day with a flagged event. A day with at least one flagged event shows a red dot under the date. In the example below, you have one or more flagged events you might need to prepare for on the 10th of the month.

You can also tap
Flagged Events.
