Transflo Mobile Menu Admin

This article is for customer administrators only.

As an administrator with elevated permissions, you can use the TRANSFLO® Administration web application to configure and administer basic settings used by other TRANSFLO applications to create and process electronic copies of documents and associated data.

For example, as a system admin for a large enterprise powered by Transflo, you can use the Administration Tool to create one or more companies, divisions, or fleets for your organization and customize the Transflo Mobile Plus App for your drivers to support their needs while delivering loads.
The following image shows two examples, for smartphones (left) and tablets (right):

Navigate to Mobile Menu Admin

Click the ≡Main Menu (side navigation menu).
Choose Mobile Menu Admin.

Or, on the dashboard, click the Mobile Menu Admin button.

Result: The CHANGE DIVISION page of the Mobile Menu Admin module appears inside the Transflo One Portal framework.
On the CHANGE DIVISION page, select a fleet, broker, or other division for your business. You can search for a division (enter one or more letters in the division name) or filter your search to only show matching brokers or fleets.
Your selected division opens in the default Editor mode of the Mobile Menu Admin module.
1. Configure the options you want your drivers to use in the Mobile+ app.
2. To preview the arrangement of features in Layout mode, click Layout.
  
  The options available to an entire fleet of drivers on the Transflo Mobile+ app can be configured using the Editor mode of the TRANSFLO® Mobile+ Menu Administration Tool. If the Modern View or Drivers Choice check box was selected on the TFM+ tab in TFX Server Administrator, you can also configure features using the Layout mode.
To select another division, fleet, or broker, click the drop-down menu near your e-mail username and choose Change Division.
