View an eBOL and Start a Delivery
As a driver, after you find the right shipper near the local pickup location, select the correct shipment and review the eBOL.
-
Drive within a few miles of the shipper pickup location, select a shipment, and sign or claim the eBOL. See Sign or Claim a Shipper eBOL.
-
Tap on Search or Request eBOL.
-
Tap Select for a single document that represents one stop or a master document that represents multiple stops.
-
To review the essential details about the shipment, click View Document.
Other options available on this screen:
-
Use two fingers to zoom in
-
Download the eBOL as a PDF file you can print, view, send, or just save for your records.
-
Share a link to the eBOL that you can send by e-mail or text message
-
-
Review the details, pickup address, and other status information. When finished, tap Back.
-
If your company does not require a driver signature, you can start driving. Drive to the pickup location and then to the first stop. If your company requires that you sign the eBOL as proof that you picked up or started the route, do all these sub-steps and then you can get back on the road:
-
The app provides the following:
-
a notification alert
-
a confirmation number (if you tap the notification bell)
-
a system generated email receipt with a live link to the document you just signed and sent
-
(Optional) To view the document and see the status of the document batch for this shipment, click the Transflo confirmation viewer link.
NOTE: The Status of Undelivered in the example image below indicates the documents have not yet been delivered through the software to their end-user recipient. The status does not refer to the physical delivery status of the shipment (which is based on the actual movement of freight confirmed by document signatures stored online when you click Send).
-
Shippers, carriers, or brokers can now view the progress of the shipment:
-
In Transflo Unite Shipper Portal (Velocity Plus Command Center), the load now appears as in transit.
-
The shipper can open the load (or the shipment if not using the load features) and click the Refresh History icon below a document to see the most recent document signatures and any past updates.
In the following example, the most recent version shows the driver signature along with any original shipper signature or consignee signature at delivery:
