  • Training: ATI will provide unlimited Webinar training for all levels of users in the system. Typically we set up one hour long sessions and as many users as needed can join as we go through different sections of the system. We can run as many of these training sessions as needed.

  • Online Help: Integrated within the web portal is an online help guide, which will guide you through many of the day-to-day uses of the system. Also within the systems are links to Resources, Support and Forums.

  • Phone Support: ATI provides all tier 1 and 2 support during convenient office hours from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM EST. When needed, ATI will escalate a support issue to Geotab, who have their own team of support engineers who can, in turn, escalate issues to the development teams as needed. ATI will never leave a customer with an operational issue.

  • Automated Onboarding Process:  All devices for all users, drivers, and vehicles are installed in each target vehicle and the VIN is recorded. The system runs a process each night to automatically associate the device to the correct vehicle information. ATI will perform bulk data loads of the following items:

    • VEHICLES: Vehicle groups, asset name, time zone, plate, VIN comments

    • GROUPS: Group hierarchy (geographical, vocational, reports)

    • ZONES: Physical address or lat/long

    • USERS: E-mail address, groups, access level

  • Users, Drivers, Groups, Vehicles, Rules, Alerts, and Key System Options are Set Up for You: Setting up a large fleet with Telematics can be a stressful time for all involved. Assured Telematics takes the stress out of initial and ongoing implementation by completely automating all processes. Customers simply complete Excel templates provided by ATI and we do the rest! About once a month thereafter, a customer can send any updates to ATI as vehicles are taken in and out of service, drivers come on board or leave, and new users are added or deleted. Some drivers might use their HOS hours inaccurately. For example, a driver might claim they are using Personal Conveyance (PC) driving status to extend their hours to drive to a customer destination. This ATI tool determines if a trip ends in a customer zone when a driver sets their Geotab ELD HOS status to Personal Conveyance (PC).

  • Optimize fleet compliance.

Since there are numerous “types” of HOS logs, such as Personal Conveyance and Yard Move, this tool allows the user to pick one or more statuses and load it all in one spot for the entire fleet.

  • Extends the functionality of Geotab, as the technology only allows for up to the last month in data to be pulled a fleet, and this request may time out upon loading.

  • Greater flexibility by choosing any time period, and the ability to load all of the logs and check the data without needing to download a large Excel report.

MyGeotab technology only allows for a pull of “all” logs for up to the last month. However, If there are many logs, the user may need to run multiple reports and then filter and combine. This all-in-one tool developed by Assured Telematics now lets users check only unverified HOS logs for any time period.

  • Similar to the unassigned logs tool, this tool provides a simple and convenient one-stop-shop for users to get all of their required data.

  • All data is parsed automatically for the user for any required time period.

Drivers can now click on any asset in Geotab Drive, such as a forklift, and add a defect note that management can see without needing to switch their primary vehicle. It does not fall into the level of compliance of traditional DVIR in Geotab.

  • Enhances efficiency for non-government compliance vehicles in Geotab, such as a forklift, generator, or other equipment/small vehicles.

  • Geotab requires the user to switch to a vehicle and then has some DVIR requirements such as an investigation. For non-compliant vehicles, a quick note to the manager can be logged.

  • The management app then allows a manager to check if the compliance was completed and logged.

With a click of a button, an Excel file is downloaded quickly, which shows which assets are “shared” if they belong to more than one Geotab database.

  • Easily find out who is ultimately responsible for a device for repair management purposes.

  • If a device stops working, needs replacement, maintenance, etc., the company that owns it should manage the repair process.

An automated email is sent, which summarizes which devices were swapped to and from which vehicle.

  • Reduces manual input requirements and enhances convenience.

  • Getting this level of detail in a short form sent to the right person helps a fleet operator simply keep track of devices and assets more easily than clicking numerous times in Geotab and then piecing the information together.

A device that is simply plugged in, or plugged in and driven, may trigger different actions in a fleet. With this tool, an automated email is sent to a fleet operator to show when a new device was activated.

  • Improves accuracy by counting the GPS points and showing applicable zones.

  • Allows a fleet operator to quickly see if a device is installed and actually active and in the field.

With a combination of Lytx dash camera data and Geotab data, this tool shows what Geotab information recorded when Lytx went dark.

  • Shows device tampering or poor installation in a Lytx device.

  • It can be easy to tamper within the cab of a vehicle, while Geotab with a harness is not.

Fleets may want to allow managers to manage any region in their fleet, but not necessarily be inundated with emails and data from “all” assets.

  • This tool allows a manager to self-assign themself to groups they are required to manage.

  • A manager can assign themselves to the fleet they are currently managing without needing to belong to all of the fleet.

Assured Telematics has expanded on the standard Geotab installation to add bar code reading and full customization for non-Geotab hardware. Allows for installation teams to provide more timely and accurate installs of all telematics hardware.

Users receive an ETA based on real-time traffic conditions and distance with the ATI custom Route Tool. Also allows fleet to easily and quickly show closet (10) vehicles to any point on the map. The ATI Proximity Tool shows all vehicles that have driven through or stopped in a designated user-selectable area on the map or on a report. Optimized for even the largest fleets, this tool is ideal for instances where fleets need to know what vehicles were in a particular area on a particular day and time.

Managers will be alerted before a driver goes into violation. Selectable for 5, 15, 30, or 60 minutes before a driver goes into violation. Can also be set for exactly when a driver goes into violation. Completely automated to send emails to managers before a driver goes into violation.

Application will automatically apply Yard Move annotation when a trip begins and ends within a designated yard. Saves managers hours of time not needing to manually annotate Yard Moves.

Notifies in advance when a vehicle has had consecutive days with a fault code.
