View My HOS Duty Status and Cycle Recap

You can view your HOS duty status and time left (remaining) in the Transflo Mobile+ app or the Transflo HOS app (both include the same functionality as the Geotab Drive app). You can also view your cycle recap hours.

 

1. On the Home screen tap HOS (your current duty status appears; in this example, it shows ON.

   

2. Tap the HOS tile (your current duty status appears; in this example, it shows ON.

   

3. The Status page shows your HOS duty status and remaining time left:

   • Rest Duration

   • Rest In

   • Driving time remaining

   • Workday time remaining

   • Cycle time remaining

     

4. To view a rolling total of the hours remaining to work, press View Cycle Recap.

   The recap is based on your current ELD HOS rule set and a period of days calculated based on the difference between today and the date when the cycle was completed (the driver HOS logs show when the last reset was done). The CYCLE RECAP screen shows:

   1. Available cycle time for tomorrow.

   2. Cycle hours for today.

   3. Hours used in the cycle and the total hours.

      

      The recap uses a rolling cycle. The time remaining for tomorrow is the cycle time left plus the duty time gained from the oldest day of the current cycle. If you recently did a cycle reset, the recap view won't show the last 7 or 8 days.

      Tip: Drivers and fleet managers can also view the Availability Report to see all drivers in the fleet with HOS logs including a recap of driver hours, future availability, shipments, and more.
