A:Workflow AI provides custom approval permissions and automated approval workflows tailored to the unique requirements of your carrier, broker, 3PO, factor, construction, governmental, or healthcare organization:

Configurable load-level (entity-level) approval processes ensure the right people handle the right tasks.

A user management portal enables your administrator to easily add or deactivate users and helps keep sensitive tasks secure with proper governance and oversight.

A:Workflow AI can be configured to receive and automatically process freight load documents from drivers, warehouse receiving staff, consignees, retail delivery sites, carriers, office staff, brokers, 3PLs, factoring companies, and other entities using one or more of the following methods:

A:Workflow AI production systems are consistently achieving machine automation processing rates of 60 to 80 percent with no manual (human-in-the-loop) labor required. Performance can vary based on document image quality, processing requirements, and other variables.

WFAI Carrier is supported. WFAI Broker and Factor beta program participants in late 2025 might not be eligible for standard support due to the significant changes expected during beta testing and development phases. However, the first-generation Broker AI and Factor AI products are still supported.
