Transflo Workflow AI Carrier Release Notes

This post-BETA early access release is tentatively scheduled to include the following new features, enhancements, and updates:

• Processing Workspace Improvements: 

  • A sleek new user interface puts everything you need to manage a document group on one screen.

  • A new Zoom-on-Hover feature provides an instant enlarged view of any image. No clicks required; just position your mouse, trackpad motion, or finger on a touchscreen over an image! Say goodbye to squinting at small print on documents. This feature brings every tiny detail into sharp focus with ease! A similar feature allows you to zoom to view an enlarged image for load association.

• Document Auto Approval: With our new auto-approve feature, your documents can get the green light instantly when no exceptions are found. So you can move on to bigger and better things!

• Mixed Approvals: Select the documents you would like to approve to move them through the process.

• Show Records Returned Count on Grids

• Trailer Control Record added to carrier document types

• Enhancements to Workflow Configuration Settings: As a financial manager or fleet administrator, update your company requirements instantly and experience the freedom to shape things exactly how you need!

• View Settings: You can now save your companies favorite conditional queries. Making your most important filters accessible instantly! Now available to administrators from the “settings” section.

• Approve Documents: Get ready for a game-changer! You can now approve single documents or multiple at once, all within our app—speed and flexibility at your fingertips!

• Tractor & Trailer Numbers: Exciting news! You can now easily view and filter Tractor and Trailer numbers directly from the data grids within Workflow AI, giving you more control and ease than ever before!

• User-Selectable Dashboard Date Filters: Choose your own date range to customize the data displayed on your dashboard!

This release included the following new features and updates:

• Direct Document Uploads: Workflow AI now supports your ability to directly upload documents in a variety of file formats for any load in the Loads list (for any queue).

  In this release, back-end processing automatically reads your documents and assigns an initial document type. In a future update, users will be able to choose auto-processing or manually document type assignments (for example, if you upload a fuel receipt and want to immediately tag it as a fuel receipt).

• Improved List Views: This release introduced support for personalized views.

This BETA release included the following new features and updates (1.04 also included updates from 1.01, 1.02, and 1.03):

• Delete Documents: This new feature allows users to delete unnecessary documents in the load association and document management sections of the processing workspace.

• Drag-and-Drop Documents: This feature was enhanced to be more user friendly and to improve performance and tactile responsiveness in the user interface.

• Load Status Change: This improved feature provides managers and other advanced users with a way to view load status changes when viewing a work item.

• User Notes: This new feature allows users to add, share, and delete notes about specific work items to track important details, share insights, leave reminders, and enhance collaboration.

• Personalize List Columns: You can personalize the layout of columns in lists. For example, show or hide a column or change the order of appearance from left to right in each list layout.

Our initial BETA release with live user-acceptance testing (UAT) environments to demonstrate the power and performance of Transflo Workflow AI for Carriers.
