1: Transflo eBOL Search Screen

If you receive a text message or e-mail message requesting your signature, follow these steps:

 

  1. Shippers, Carriers, or Brokers: Click the eBOL link in your email or text message.

    Or, if you are a Transflo customer, you might also be able to simply launch your shipper, carrier, or broker web portal application. To learn more, see Transflo Shipper, Carrier, or Broker web application.

  2. Drivers: Click the eBOL link in your email or text message.

    Or, if you are using the Mobile+ app, open the Transflo Mobile+ app on your smartphone or tablet and tap the eBOL menu item. To learn more, see Transflo eBOL signature features in the Mobile Plus app.

  3. On the Transflo eBOL search screen of the Transflo eBOL Signatures application, enter a Shipment Number, ID, or Shipper Load Number and then tap Search.

  4. If you enter a value that does not contain any matching eBOL documents, An eBOL document cannot be found appears. Contact your dispatcher to verify the correct information and try your search again.
