Resolve TMW Synergize Indexing Message: Not authorized to use object; Keep Storing Documents?

Use this article to resolve an issue communicating with the Synergize server where users receive the following message when trying to Save to server in Synergize Indexing.

  1. Try a COM+ refresh. See Refresh Synergize COM+ Applications.

  2. Close and relaunch Synergize Indexing then try again.

  3. If this does not resolve the issue, recreate the COM+ objects. See Remove and Create COM+ Applications.

  4. Stop and start SCS service in Synergize EMC. See Synergize EMC: Stop and Start the Synergize Connection Service.

  5. Close and relaunch Synergize Indexing then try again.
