Known Issue: Label1 Fleet ID Cannot Scan Documents
As a user or driver experiencing a temporary known issue with the Transflo Mobile+ app Document Scanning features in October and November 2024, use this KB article to resolve your issue.
After your Mobile+ app receives its update to 6.1.5.3 on Android OS or 6.2.1 on Apple iOS devices, you might encounter the following known issue:
The Scan Documents or Document Scanning menu item is no longer visible.
Some users have reported their entire Home screen disappears and goes blank.
This issue impacts only a subset of drivers with a configured Recipient ID or Fleet ID set to Label1.
Four (4) workarounds are available. You can wait for a patch, submit your documents using another method, or immediately fix this issue yourself by adding your fleet recipient again (and deleting your previous recipient) or by performing an uninstall/re-install of the app and then re-register as if you were a new user again.

Add the Label1 fleet again. See Set Up Recipients, Fleets, or Brokers (New Design).

Remove the old Label1 fleet entry.

Launch the mobile app again.

On Apple iOS devices, you can tap User Settings, Device Settings, and then tap the Refresh Configuration button.

Delete the Transflo mobile app from your mobile device.

Re-install the Transflo Mobile app and register as a new user. See Set Up a Transflo Mobile+ Account.

Verify your Fleet ID (or recipient ID) is set to the correct ID for your fleet (in this case Label1).
