Send Load Documents thru Transflo
Drivers sometimes ask, "What other ways can I send load documents?" Although the mobile app is very easy and fast, sometimes you might experience an issue or want to try another method. Say you run out of space or your phone is glitching, your battery won't recharge, or you lost network connectivity. Some drivers have expressed no desire to download the Transflo Mobile+ app and enter a fleet ID or broker ID just to send one invoice for one single load on a temporary assignment.
Some drivers prefer the convenience of snap, tap, and done electronic documents. But other drivers prefer paper. They want to place paperwork for multiple loads into an envelope and manually send documents because paper shows proof of what various people signed for with a wet ink signature. They also want to take advantage of automated paper scanning.
Lucky for you, Transflo is much more than just a mobile app. With the Transflo Express software platform, truck drivers can make deliveries and send load documents using any of the following methods:

Mobile app: For a more mobile experience, you can scan load documents using the Transflo Mobile+ app.

TripPak Drop Box: You can also drop a coversheet and paperwork for multiple loads into a TripPak drop box. (Often searched as trip pack, trippack dropbox, or envelope.)

Software and Scanner: Optional Transflo Now! software for Microsoft Windows also allows you to scan your documents from home with a PC and an attached scanner and send them over a wired or wireless network connection. Automated enterprise solutions: Fleets can use Transflo Workflow AI for Carriers, Brokers, or Factors to upload, send, receive and process massive volumes of documents (think millions of pages or more). Drivers and fleet managers can send documents by app, e-mail, web upload, or SMS text message.
After using any of these options, your documents are available with a secure confirmation number for up to 14 days at www.transfloexpress.com. After 14 days, your confirmation number entry still appears but the documents are purged and removed. Documents were cleaned up appears.
If you need to find an older document, you can set up an organized system for yourself. For example, you could copy everything to your own system of online folders arranged by load number. Use Google Drive or any other cloud storage.
Keep your e-mail inbox and saved folders organized. Every time you send a batch of documents, the Transflo system sends you an e-mail confirmation message with your original scanned papers included as attachments.
