Introducing the New Transflo User Workflow Platform
New! Starting in 2025, a preliminary BETA evaluation release with continuous updates for carrier fleet operations will be available.
To participate, contact Sales or your Customer Success Account Manager.
-
Load Workflows in Transflo Mobile+ allow drivers to review all segments, legs, stops, and steps, and get detailed information before accepting, declining, or starting an available load.
-
After a driver accepts a load, real-time location tracking provides load progress details across the connected Transflo ecosystem, ensuring carriers, brokers, and shippers have end-to-end visibility on shipments.
-
Our driver load workflow and electronic document management products are available for freight carriers, brokers, shippers, 3PLs, factors, less-than-load (LTL) delivery service providers, construction, healthcare, and other industries and organizations interested in improved operations, optimized transportation supply chain logistics, and automated paperless solutions.
Note: For simplicity, we refer to Loads 1.0 vs. 2.0 (new user workflows). The classic features in Loads 1.0 will be upgraded to a completely new and improved Loads 2.0 driver workflow experience in late 2025 and early 2026. As a driver, use the KB articles for either Loads 1.0 or 2.0 that match the screens and steps you see in your Mobile+ app.
How Will My Fleet Be Upgraded from Loads 1.0 to Loads 2.0?
-
As a fleet manager, you will receive an initial e-mail notification from Transflo (migrations will run from January 5, 2026 thru June 2026).
-
Over the next two (2) weeks from that initial e-mail invitation, a Transflo administrator will create your core load workflows and save them as templates so you can modify them in the future if you need.
-
Work with your customer success manager to firm up a day and time window for your upgrade. For example, Tuesday, March 24 between 7:00 am and 7:00 pm (12-hour cutover).
-
One (1) week before your migration date, you will receive another follow-up reminder e-mail.
-
On your migration day and time, your drivers will need to restart their devices and might need to un-install and then re-install the latest Mobile+ app and register again. As of December 2025, to view the new user workflows known as Loads 2.0, you must be running Release 6.7.2 or later of the Mobile+ app.
-
By the end of the cut-over period, your drivers will now be using the new Transflo Load Workflow features on the new Mobile+ app to manage all the required and optional steps to deliver their loads, submit load documents, and complete any other tasks you assign.
Fleets with custom white label apps such as Crete, KLLM, Decker, Averitt, and many more as well as fleets using in-cab edition tablets will be updated by Summer 2026. Fleets using Honeywell handsets have already been updated to a special embedded edition of Mobile+ Release 6.7 which includes the new user workflow features.
