Log in to the HOS and ELD Registration Portal

Use this article for the steps to log in to the Transflo HOS web portal, edit your HOS rule set, update your ELD device ID, reset your password, add a team driver (optional), and then logout.

  1. Navigate to https://hos.transflo.com/ and click Login.

  2. Enter your username and password and click Sign In. Your username is typically the email address you entered when you first registered or the email address used by your fleet admin when you were invited to register.

  3. The current Device ID appears at the top of the screen.

  4. You can do any of the following tasks in the Transflo HOS portal:

  5. When finished, tap Logout.

 

Tip: Always take steps to carefully enter your credentials. As a security precaution, multiple failed attempts to enter your password will lockout your account for 15 minutes. The system does this to prevent a malicious user from repeatedly trying to guess your password. If you lock yourself out, wait 15 minutes and try again or reset your password to a new password. You can also e-mail or call Support to unlock the account.
