A: With the Transflo Express software platform, truck drivers can make deliveries and stop at any participating truck stop where a self-service kiosk is available to scan the load paperwork. Within seconds after scanning, your documents are received for billing and payroll so you can get paid sooner.

Optional Transflo Now! software for Microsoft Windows also allows you to scan your documents from home with a PC and an attached scanner and send them over a wired or wireless network connection.

After using any of these options, your documents are available with a secure confirmation number for up to 14 days at www.transfloexpress.com.
A: To find a Transflo Express location by state or province, see Transflo Service Locations.
A: For a typical trip, you can scan your documents in less than a minute. They are sent and received immediately; however, they might not be processed immediately. Ask your manager what level of service you can expect based on their required policies and procedures.
A: Not long; typically three (3) to five (5) days, perhaps more during busy season, high volume, or holidays. Driver trip documents are available to your corporate office personnel for immediate billing and payroll processing.
A: As a store owner, operations director, or regional sales manager, contact Transflo if you are interested in adding a kiosk and drop-box at your service location and want to discuss the requirements and other details.
