Tip: If your fleet is using the in-cab edition of Mobile+ see Delayed Mobile+ In-Cab 6.5.8 Release Notes.
Release 6.5 of the Transflo Mobile+ app includes a series of updates to our document photo scanning solution, document capture and management enhancements, targeted bug fixes, and additional quality, ease-of-use, and performance updates.

-
Enhanced Image Quality: We've boosted our scanning engine with general enhancements to deliver sharper, clearer images.
-
Smart Auto-Focus: No more blurry scans! Our updated auto-focus rechecks focus after you press the shutter button, ensuring perfect clarity.
-
Improved Handling of Insufficient Lighting: Get alerts when there's not enough light for a good scan, so you always capture the best possible image.
-
Camera Resolution Improvements: Release 6.5 provides a quality boost for Android devices with cameras under 12.0 megapixels. However, since 2023, the following device specification tip remains—for the best quality and performance , we recommend at minimum a 12.0 mega-pixel (MP) camera with an available flash feature for scanning documents.
-
Tap to Focus: We added functionality to focus on the area selected.
-
Distance Detection: A new on-screen indicator lets you know if you're too far from your document, helping you get the perfect shot.

-
Batch Capture and Streamlined Workflow: Scan multiple documents in one go! No need to process each one individually. Capture everything first, then organize later. Our updated interface is built for multiple documents, making batch scans and uploads a breeze.
-
Multi-Photo Selection: You can now select multiple existing scanned images and bulk upload them at the same time to send one batch of all your needed load documents. Got a stack of scanned documents in your gallery (or any folder of scanned load documents saved as .PNG, .JPG, or HEIF files)? Upload them all at once for quick processing. PDF documents are not yet supported; however, we expect them to be available for upload in a future release [111809]. If you need to upload a PDF, see New! Upload Multiple Load Documents and PDF Files.
-
Document Type Grouping: Easily find what you need with scans automatically grouped by document type.
-
Swipe to Delete: If you made a mistake, you can quickly remove unwanted documents with a simple swipe.
-
Multi-Document Preview: Review all your scanned documents on the adjustment screen before finalizing.
-
Improved Document and Photo Submission Process: We have refined the button labels when submitting batches that contain only text fields and no documents, ensuring a better user experience.

Release 6.5 also includes the following additional enhancements to improve overall performance and stability.

Reminder: Transflo is the premier provider of popular commercial apps, custom white label apps, in-cab tablet editions, and thousands of additional integration features. Due to all the possible product configuration changes for your specific fleet, it is possible that user interface labels, buttons, links, dials, tiles, icons, colors, logos, and placement on the screen can vary. Features can also be hidden from your view based on fleet ID or permissions. In the documentation, we cover a default setup with screen examples that are generally similar for smart phones and tablets running either iOS or Android OS. Adjust certain steps, if needed, to reflect your actual device and product configuration.
