Mobile+ v6.2 Release Notes
Transflo Mobile+ app 6.2 strengthened the new features and enhancements in Release 6.0 and expanded the continuous improvements and updates in the most recent previous version which was 6.1.4. Users began receiving the updated 6.1.4 app in a phased roll-out in May 2024 followed quickly in June 2024 by 6.1.4 and 6.1.5 patches for Android and additional releases from 6.1.5 to 6.1.11 for iOS.
The feature updates, bug fixes, and code consolidation improvements in this release are listed below for iOS and Android. Reference ID numbers are included below as a convenience to help support and implementation professionals.

All of the applicable bug fixes and enhancements listed under iOS are applied to the latest Android release. In mid-September 2024, the latest Android release was 6.1.5.3. An October release resulted in a Debugging Enabled Message that has now been fixed. As a Transflo Mobile+ user on an Android device (about 52% of our users), you have two choices in November 2024 for a working solution:
-
Keep using 6.1.5.3 if it is working for you
-
Contact Support to revert to 6.1.4.10 as a temporary workaround
-
Update to the new 6.2.2.1 patch (we recommend this option because it includes a fix for the Debugging Enabled Message and will keep your release current)

Release 6.2.2 is now available for iOS devices. Users can tentatively expect the updated 6.2 app to be available in a phased roll-out as early as November 2, 2024 with most user devices receiving the updated 6.2.2 or 6.2.3 app by December 20, 2024. These dates are subject to change.
Reference ID numbers are sometimes included below as a convenience to help support and implementation professionals track changes or perform user-acceptance testing.

Tip: Most of the updates apply to all users on all devices; however, the exact date of deployment of the updated app and scope of the changes often vary by individual user due to different fleet configurations, the features you use or do not use, your mobile operating system, your mobile device type (phone or tablet), and whether you have your Auto-Update setting ON or OFF.

Reminder: Transflo is the premier provider of popular commercial apps, custom white label apps, in-cab tablet editions, and thousands of additional integration features. Due to all the possible product configuration changes for your specific fleet, it is possible that user interface labels, buttons, links, dials, tiles, icons, colors, logos, and placement on the screen can vary. Features can also be hidden from your view based on fleet ID or permissions. In the documentation, we cover a default setup with screen examples that are generally similar for smart phones and tablets running either iOS or Android OS. Adjust certain steps, if needed, to reflect your actual device and product configuration.
