Mobile+ v6.0.0 Release Notes

Celebrating ten (10) years of essential freight logistics features with document scanning, ELD telematics, HOS, and truck driver convenience all packed into one complete mobile app serving the largest fleets down to the smallest independent owner-operators, Release 6.0 (followed by 6.0.x and 6.1 patches) of the Transflo Mobile+ app included the following new features, enhancements, bug fixes, and patch updates listed below.

Mobile app users (drivers) received the updated Release 6.0 app in a phased roll-out starting August 1, 2023 with most user devices receiving the updated app by September 2023.

New document scanning, photo capture, edge detection, deskewing, blurry image detection, and other upload and send features in R6.0 are associated with the following primary driver features:

Send load documents such as a paper BOL or receipt
Report a traffic incident with one or more accident photos
Report over, short, or damaged cargo (OS&D)
Report tire damage with optional documentation or photos
Any other in-app feature that requires the user to capture or upload documents and photos, and make any of the following optional image adjustments:
- Adjust Brightness
- Crop
- Rotate
- Set Format (black and white, grayscale, color)

The new features and updates in this release are the same for supported releases of iOS and Android. The intuitive changes in this release are seamless and were based on driver feedback, quality enhancements, usability reviews, and technology improvements. By design, depending on how your drivers scanned documents before, they may or may not even notice many of the quality improvements in the new app.

Features and Enhancements:

New! Improved document scanning, photo capture, image correction, upload, and send features.
- Our new scanning and photo capture engine addresses previous user pain points, fixes bugs, and enhances the user experience across the entire app.
- In addition to the initial crop functionality, users can also take advantage of a secondary Crop button that now appears on the Adjustments screen.
- All scan settings are now located inside of a settings button within the core scanning functionality. Users can easily swap between settings on the fly. The app remembers and applies the most recent settings.
- The method of asking for device camera permissions has been improved.
- Adding signatures is now a part of the final step before submitting a batch.
Updated the in-app experience to open the Apple App Store or Google Play Store for optional third-party apps.
Updated back-end resources in the integrated CoPilot app to prepare for future load route optimization enhancements.
Added the Context menu (also known as the Options menu indicated by ellipsis... or 3 dots) on the integrated HOS screens.
Added deep link functionality for Netradyne and the FleetCor DRIVEN FOR COMDATA™ app.
