  1. Complete the TCS Fuel Card Application: We will need some basic information about you or the company you are signing up.

    If you are leased onto another company, do not use their information. Select No, I don’t have my own authority.

  2. Sign your Fuel Card Agreement: Electronically sign the Fuel Card Agreement. After signing, your new account is typically ready within a few hours.

  3. Activate your TCS Fuel Cards: We'll let you know when your cards are ready to be activated. Your physical cards are delivered by FedEx 2-4 days after signing the Fuel Card Agreement.

  4. Fund your Cards: We make it easy to fund your cash-secured TCS Fuel Card through Zelle® powered by blynk™, ACH credit (bank to bank transfer), bank wire, Western Union, or third-party checks (Comchek, EFS checks, or T-chek).

The TCS Fuel Finder is available on the TCS Mobile App and TCS Website. You can find all locations the TCS Fuel Card is accepted including more than 1,500 in-network locations offering fuel discounts to TCS clients.

You pay $0 transaction fees for fuel purchases at all in-network locations. TCS does not charge monthly card fees, membership fees, or activation fees.

New account processing and setup typically takes 1-2 business days. Your cards will be shipped to the mailing address you provide within 2-3 business days. Please note that TCS cards are shipped via FedEx and will not be delivered to a PO Box.

At this time TCS does not offer credit lines. Your TCS account will be cash-secured and TCS will not perform a credit check when opening your account.

There are no minimum or maximum limits to funding your TCS account. Most TCS clients fund their account once per week or as needed. We make it easy to fund your cash-secured TCS Fuel Card through Zelle® powered by blynk™, ACH credit (bank to bank transfer), bank wire, Western Union, and third-party checks (Comchek, EFS checks, or T-chek.) A complete list of options will be provided to you when you set up your account.

Fuel discounts are provided at the point of sale, but they will not show on your receipt from the truck stop. Log in to MyTCSFuel or the TCS Mobile App to view your discounts for each transaction.
