What is My Fleet ID?
Contact your supervisor, carrier fleet dispatcher, or broker contact person. You can call them, send a text message, or e-mail them to get an official fleet ID, broker ID, or recipient ID. Transflo cannot provide you with your fleet ID because all of the following variables are always changing: your e-mail address, who you work for, who you are delivering the load for, the official list of unique fleet ID numbers, and other security and privacy policies in place.
Tips:
-
You need a valid fleet identification number (fleet ID, recipient ID) from your carrier to register in the mobile app as a driver for that fleet.
-
To view the current fleet ID in the mobile app, see View or Change My Assigned Fleet, Broker, or Recipient.
-
As a driver, you might need to log out, restart your phone or tablet, and log in using the same or a different e-mail address, or switch your fleet ID to view the latest loads and other options for each specific fleet (fleets change as you change divisions, companies, carriers, brokers, jobs, or loads).
-
As an independent driver, you might need to get a fleet ID to deliver a load and send load documents to a carrier.
-
You might need to contact a broker directly to get their broker ID and enter it in the mobile app, in Transflo Velocity client, or on your paper documents to send an invoice to a broker and then follow up with that broker later to get paid.
